I have been looking for a quick and simple dessert for a long time. Of course, it is also important to be fit for the conditions and not just tons of sugar with more sugar.

I think I found the perfect kind of “fit” dessert recipe in the category of simple and quick dessert ideas. In general, great gourmets could list pages about the benefits of a special dessert. But I am a person who loves simplicity.

The simplest 4 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse. Oh my gosh, it is so good. This mousse requires just one egg, dark chocolate, milk, and whipping cream. No fancy process, practically you can create it without any effort. At the end of the process, which is just 5 minutes! Yeah, it just needs 5 mins from your life and you will get your light and airy mousse. It is perfect with some chocolate shavings on the top. It is a perfect recipe if you are looking for a last-minute dessert or just a quick treat for yourself. The best thing is that, you probably have all of the ingredients at home on hand so you don’t have to leave your house in these difficult times.

According to my needs, a delicacy should be simple and quick to make, while being as healthy as possible even though it is still a sweet thing.
For this “fit” dessert you really don’t need so many things. As you can see in the title, you just need 4 ingredients and 5 minutes from your precious time.

Let’s dig into it! Here is probably the most simple fitness dessert you can find on the internet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 150 ml milk (Chef’s note: You can freely use vegetable milk)
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 200 ml whipping cream

Description:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk to it. Use a blender or robot machine to mix it for about a minute.
  2. When it is already creamy you can put it on the stove and warm up your vanilla yellow cream. (Chef’s note: You don’t have to boil it!)
  3. When it is warm enough you can add the chocolate to it.
  4. Mix it until it is going to be homogenous.
  5. You can spill it into a crumbles pot or anything basically.
  6. After a few hours in the fridge, you are going to have your best chocolate mousse ever.
