A creamy, three-ingredient coffee known as Dalgona is originally from South Korea is taking over social media during the coronavirus quarantine. This new craze started in late January, according to Google Trends. But it gained attention at the end of February. Probably it was because a Korean YouTuber uploaded a video, which is actually trending and viral. It was an ASMR- style video about how to make Dalgona coffee at home. That mesmerizing video already has more than 3.5 million views.

The Dalgona coffee trend started in South Korea and then conquered the USA and the whole World
You can easily pop up your days during quarantine by creative ideas and recipes. Why would your morning coffee always be the same? There’s creamy magic on the internet that makes everyone crazy – not just because it is fancy and beautiful, but also because it can be done in no time.
Dalgona’s fantasy coffee is frothy, creamy, and anyone who has tried it simply loves it. All you need is a little instant coffee, a whisk, and some sugar. Put the ingredients in a bowl, add some water and whisk thoroughly. When done, put a cup of milk on top and the dalgona coffee magic is done.
Think about it! You can not impress your guests with just face masks, and by cleaning your apartment everywhere since you are in quarantine. But for the time staying at home, you can not just pamper yourself, but others. In the meantime, you will become more proficient at making this fabulous coffee, which could be handy when the world opens up again…

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Instant Coffee Powder
- 2 tablespoons sweetener (Chef’s Note: You can freely use sugar if you would want to.)
- 2 tablespoons of hot water
- a pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- a cup of milk or vegetable drink
Description :
- Mix the water, coffee, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl with a hand whisk at high speed.
- Stir for 2 minutes.
- As soon as it becomes foamy, taste it and add sugar/sweetener to taste. Pour milk into a tall glass and spoon the coffee over it. (Chef’s Note: You can drop some ice cubes into it to make it icing.)
