Let’s make my Upside-down Banana-Coconut Cake recipe!

If you like sweet recipes, you should try our low-calorie coconut-banana cake, which will provide you enough energy. You do not need many ingredients to make this recipe and you will certainly be successful with it.

Ingredients:
  • 300 g Ripe Bananas
  • 75 g Coconut Filings
  • 70 g Greek yogurt
  • 20 g of Coconut Sugar
  • 10 g Vanilla Custard Powder (omitted)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Coconut Oil Spray
Description:
  1. You will need a 20 cm diameter cake mold to make the fitness cake .
  2. First, you spray a little coconut oil into the baking mold, then sprinkle the bottom evenly with coconut sugar.
  3. Cut about 150 g of ripe banana into thin slices and place in a cake mold sprinkled with coconut sugar.
Then prepare the dough:
  1. Mix the remaining 150 g bananas, eggs and yogurt.
  2. Pour the kneaded mixture into a bowl, add the coconut fillings, vanilla pudding powder and mix thoroughly.
  3. You can indeed skip the custard powder, but the baked dough with the custard powder will have a finer texture.
  4. The prepared dough is poured into a cake mold, placed in an oven and baked at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
  5. After baking, gently turn the cake on a plate and let it cool.
  6. Enjoy!
